How many files can I upload to my profile?

Your applicant area lets you save a single resume and a single covering letter. However, you can upload other files to your applicant profile.

 

Can I edit a covering letter or resume once it has been uploaded to my applicant profile?

You can edit the contents of the attachment and record these changes. To do so, once you have logged into your applicant area, click "Manage my jobs / Jobs for which I have applied / Actions / Display and edit my applications / Add attachments". Then click the pencil symbol.

Note that, if the attachments you want to edit have already been used for job applications that are still being processed, the recruiter will only have access to the most recently-added documents.

 

Can I upload a new resume or a new covering letter to my applicant profile?

Can I delete a covering letter or resume attached to my applicant profile?

None of the documents used for a job application can be deleted from your applicant area, even if you have received a negative reply. However you can edit the documents or upload new documents to replace the resumes or covering letters currently online.

Only job offers published by Safran Seats, Safran Cabins or Safran Aerosystems are visible on the site. How do I find job offers from all Safran entities?

This is because you were browsing one of the Safran Seats, Safran Cabin or Safran Aerosystems sites. If you want to see the job offers published by all of the other Safran entities, click www.safran-talents.com or go directly to https://www.safran-group.com/jobs

Can the recruiters see the files attached to my applicant profile if I haven't applied for a job yet?

Once you have confirmed your profile, all of the items in your profile can be seen by the recruiters, including attachments.

Can I delete a job application?

You can withdraw your application for a job at any time.

 

Can I edit an application that I've already submitted?

As long as your application has not been declined, you can still edit it.

 

Can I edit the information I entered in my applicant profile?

You can edit the information in your applicant profile at any time. Log on then click "My Profile". You can edit all of the information and attachments previously recorded there.

 

How can I delete my account from the applicant area?

To delete your applicant profile, click the "Delete my profile" button. Doing this will permanently delete your account. You will, however, be able to create a fresh applicant profile. No trace of your old profile will be kept in the history.

Are any particular technical characteristics required to read the job offers on the Safran website?

No particular technical characteristics are necessary to browse Safran's website. It is compatible with all web browsers.

 

What can I do when a message comes up saying "Please fill in all the required fields"?

First double-check that all of the required fields have in fact been filled in. Then, if the problem persists, ask for help from: support.zephir@zodiacaerospace.com. We would advise you to provide as much information as you can. Screen captures in particular will be very helpful for understanding the problems you are encountering.

 

I've forgotten my password. How can I log into my area?

  • First of all, it is important to check that you haven't already created an account, either with that e-mail address or another one, to avoid duplicate profiles.
  • Click "Forgotten your password?" and enter the e-mail address you used to create your profile. You will receive your logins by e-mail.

On my applicant area, my application status says "We are currently examining all of the applications". What should I deduce from that?

When you see that your application for a job has the status "We are currently examining all of the applications", it means that it is in the process of being examined by the recruiters and operational staff. As soon as the process is finished, you will receive an e-mail with information from the recruitment teams.
